| The History and Legend
of the GOLFAX, LTD Company
On June 18th, 1985, GOLFAX, LTD
was formed to provide a cutting edge
golf service, as
a company focused on providing
up-to-date golf course booklets and course
information by Fax to golfers, hence 'Golfax'.
During the subsequent years with
the invention of the internet,
this service obviously became
obsolete, and the company went
dormant
until the end of 2007.
In December of 2007, GOLFAX,
LTD acquired the US GOLF COMPANY
(TM) and with new management,
began restoring its
profile, began updating its old
golf course databases, and began
working on a new mission to
develop, acquire, and sell
leading golf-to-green
technologies and special
products and services.
As the legend goes, way back in the 1950's,
a local golfer named Billy
Sixty became Golf Editor of The Milwaukee
Journal, and was a local favorite
with the Wisconsin P.G.A.
Members Association, and
together in the late 50's
published a beginner golf
instruction manual named "Golfax",
that "conveys the fundamentals
of the game in a simple way".
See below:

Billy's special teaching of
"4-H's, or the co-ordination of
head, hands, hips, and heels."
was a revolutionary new and
simple way that anyone could
learn to play and enjoy golf
with family and friends. It was
designed to be a fun and simple
way to achieve overall success
with golf!
In the same
fashion to
the old 'Golfax' manual by Billy
Sixty, or the
original printed or faxed golf course
guides in the 80's, the new
"GOLFAX, LTD" company and
management is focused on being a
leading 'golf-to-green'
technology and asset
acquisitions and holdings
members based company.
First & foremost, the new GOLFAX
corporation is focused on
providing its members, customers
and shareholders, with the
greatest possible benefits and
positive returns, from
operations in golf-to-green
friendly technologies and assets
holdings.
The new GOLFAX, LTD company
simple mission, lead by a core
team of industry experts,
is the acquisition and
development of leading
golf-to-green technologies and
green-friendly assets for the
maximum benefit for the members,
customers, and shareholders.
The company has a stock symbol
GLFX but is limited in its
current trading. For any
press/public questions or new
member/shareholder information,

thank-you.
